Overview
At HPD, Amadeo designed promotional materials and developed graphic assets for communications that highlighted the agency’s housing programs. Through clear, visually engaging, and user‑centered design, he contributed directly to educating residents about their rights, available resources, and pathways to achieving long‑term housing stability.
As the graphic artist, Amadeo created a series of invitations for groundbreaking ceremonies and ribbon‑cutting celebrations for new housing developments. The core challenge was developing a template system that ensured a cohesive, consistent identity across all invitations while still allowing room for creative variation.
His goal was to create a unified yet flexible design system that supports HPD’s brand, enhances event communications, and streamlines future design production.
Amadeo led the design of high‑priority projects, including the New Housing Marketplace Plan progress report for the Mayor’s Office. His work also included signage, e‑learning courses, and a wide range of collateral materials developed for both internal and external audiences across multiple languages.
